Lisa O'Neill is the Director of Kapiti Finance Services. Prior to
working as a Mortgage & Insurance Advisor, she worked in the banking
industry for approximately 10 years in a range of roles, including
Branch Manager and Personal Banker.
Melanie Snaddon has worked in the banking industry for many years across a range of banks in a range of roles - ASB, Westpac, Kiwibank, BNZ. She has a Bachelor of Business Studies (majoring in Property Management and Valuation at Massey University).
Their previous banking experience gives Lisa & Melanie insight into what is necessary to get applications approved by lenders. An excellent knowledge of the mortgage industry means they give clients reliable and informed advice
