Equity Release Mortgages
These loans are available to Residential Home Owners aged 60 years
and over. It is a loan product designed to assist with those
unforeseen expenses, without you having to sell your home. No loan
repayments are required unless you sell your home or die. There are
certain criteria which you must meet, so call Lisa to discuss this
product further.
Self Employed/No Financial Loans
A loan where no proof of income is required by the Lender.
The Lender will instead require the borrower to sign a declaration
to confirm the income they expect to generate, or to confirm their
ability to service the debt in question. This lending is designed
for self employed people who do not have financial information
available for a number of reasons. Certain criteria does apply.
Adverse Credit

can assist borrowers who have adverse credit history.
